Schedule a free Zoom call to discuss, if you can't find a time please email. Looking to do something a little different as the world makes a shift toward's health and wellbeing at it's centre. I am able to offer a variety of classes depending on what type of thing you are looking for, whether that be a 30 minute fun beginners class, 45 minute disco themed birthday brunch and pilates or go for it with an hour of full body focus and meditation practice to finish. I come to you! Price varies: 30 minutes £15 pp 45 minutes £20 pp 1 hour £25 pp *No minimum participants required
