Run & Yap

Back by popular demand! I will be making these runs bi-weekly for us all to get out and about together, making new friends or just want to move your body, whatever your prerogative everyone’s welcome!

We'll be doing about 5k from outside Rise on Acorn Road for our warm up, maintaining a steady conversational pace, about 6/6:30 (dogs are welcome), and finishing at Exhibition Park Cafe for a warm drink. 

If you prefer not to run, just meet us at the cafe at 1:30pm, where kids can enjoy the playground!
