Walking will always have my heart, but if you’re keeping up with the streets (and TikTok), you’ll know: biking is the new hot girl walk.


It’s giving practicality and energy boost. It’s solo ride therapy, city exploring, and functional fitness all rolled into one.


My take? It’s less about “the vibe” and more about feeling free. If walking helped clear your head, cycling cranks that up a notch.Fresh air, endorphins, and getting from A to B without the tube? Sign me up. (Plus, have you seen the cute bike baskets lately?)

After years of oat, almond, and every nut under the sun, a quiet rebellion is happening: people are coming back to dairy—and I’m living proof. I've been slowly healing and reversing my lactose intolerance by reintroducing small amounts of dairy... and honestly? It’s doing wonders for me.


Better digestion, better skin, and better satisfaction after meals. Sometimes the thing you think your body doesn’t want just needs a little patience and healing support.

If you rent, or you're just craving a refresh without the commitment, you know the struggle: you want a cosy, "you" space without damaging walls or spending a fortune.


This move taught me a lot:

  • Command strips = lifesavers (hello, keeping my deposit!).

  • TK Maxx = the goldmine of hidden gems for the best prices.

  • The streets of Clapham = better than any furniture shop if you’re willing to rescue and revamp.

Off the back of the bare-face movement, brands are starting to respond. Expect more minimalist product launches: tinted SPFs, multi-tasking balms, and skin first, makeup second messaging everywhere.


Rather than ten-step routines, it’s all about supporting your real skin—not covering it up.


My take? Let’s normalise texture, a little summer sheen, and the occasional blemish. Glowy isn’t perfect—it’s alive.
