Relaxing Retreat Agenda: Prioritizing Mental Wellness & Self-Care9:30 AM – 10:00 AM | Welcome & Wellness Refreshments
- Begin the day with calming herbal teas, infused water, and light snacks. Guests can relax and settle into the retreat atmosphere, taking a moment to unwind from the stresses of daily life.
10:00 AM – 10:30 AM | Gentle Morning Meditation
- Start the day with a guided meditation to center the mind and promote mindfulness. This session will help participants clear their thoughts and prepare for a day of relaxation and self-care.
10:30 AM – 11:15 AM | Mindful Movement - Gentle Pilates
- Engage in a gentle Pilates session designed to stretch the body and encourage a strong mind-body connection.
- The session will focus on breathing and mindful movement, allowing participants to release tension and support physical and mental wellness.
11:15 AM – 11:45 AM | Mindfulness & Stress-Relief Workshop
- An interactive discussion focused on managing stress, cultivating mindfulness, and implementing healthy self-care habits.
- Learn practical tools that can be integrated into everyday routines to prioritize mental wellness.
11:45 AM – 12:30 PM | Sound Healing & Breathwork
- Immerse yourself in a calming sound healing session with instruments like singing bowls, paired with guided breathwork to calm the mind and reduce stress.
- This deep relaxation session will help participants rejuvenate and find inner peace.
12:30 PM – 1:30 PM | Nourishing Lunch
- Enjoy a wholesome, plant-based lunch featuring fresh, nourishing ingredients that will energize the body and mind.
- Take this time to explore the retreat space, go for a walk, or reflect on the morning’s experiences.
1:30 PM – 2:15 PM | Self-Care Practices & Tools
- Learn about practical self-care techniques, including skincare routines, aromatherapy, and creating a calming home environment.
- This session will empower participants with simple, effective tools to continue prioritizing self-care long after the retreat.
2:15 PM – 2:45 PM | Closing Circle & Reflection
- Come together for a closing circle, sharing insights from the day and setting personal intentions for maintaining self-care and mental wellness in daily life.
- The retreat will end with some final words of inspiration and encouragement from the hosts.
